Kiama is a Scala library for language processing including attribute grammars, term rewriting, abstract state machines, parsing, and pretty printing.

This is a minor release that bumps versions for Scala and some libraries that have security issues. Thanks to datYori for the security bumps.

• Bump gson version from 2.8.2 to 2.8.9 (datYori).

• Bump guava version from 30.1.1-jre to 32.1.1-jre (datYori).

• Now tested using JDK 11.

• Scala versions are now 3.1.0, 2.13.7, 2.12.18, 2.11.12. These are the latest versions that do not require non-trivial Kiama code changes.

• Move to sbt 1.9.2.
